A major outage at Google Cloud (IAM system) began on June 12 at 10:51 AM PDT. This incident affected a wide range of services, including identity/authentication operations that ScreenshotMAX relies on to process secure API requests.
Affected region: Our infrastructure in us-central1 (Iowa), where some core services are hosted, experienced degraded performance and intermittent API errors.
Impact on ScreenshotMAX:
• Some API requests may have failed or timed out
• Delayed screenshot generation and PDF rendering
• Interruption in user authentication and quota checks
